And for the hundreds and hundreds of you guys out there who've already taken the time to drop a phenomenal review, and help us reach more people to pass this along to other people within your network. Because at the end of the day, what we're doing here is we are teaching and training. And I'm really here to inspire others to live a better life. And each of you has the same opportunity to step in and carry that torch into your own communities.

Each of us has the ability to be able to be that inspirational person, that person who is an example to others, about the kind of life that it's possible to live. And I think I'm living that I think that you feel that come through. And we talk on the show that what we've been able to do for our clients at Vaughn Finch capital, what we've been able to do for all the coaching clients who've worked with the investor mindset on the High Performance Coaching side and, and for all of those who've taken action to go out and create your own path, whether that be a path towards creating your own real estate management company where you're going out and actively operating managing properties, or for the many of you who found a much better path going the passive route, and you love your job, and you're making great income, and you just want more freedom and flexibility. But there's some of you who neither want to go and create that, that path towards being having real estate be your career, and you're not really happy where you're at? Well, this is just a reminder to you that all of the listeners here, and 1000s of other people out there have been in the same position that you are. And it's possible to get to the other side. I know that because I've been here. And so what each of us have the opportunity to do is to pick up that torch and to run with it, and to go out and be that inspirational person within our communities.

What does that mean for us? Well, it means that sometimes it's going to be uncomfortable, it means that sometimes we're gonna have to be that person who has that conversation that isn't as popular. Where are we talking about these things. But what's cool about is when you step into that position, when you step into that person who's gone and done the research, who's listened to the shows, who's taken it and applied it in your own life, and has gone forth and gone and created that lifestyle that you were really going after that thing that you dreamt about most that those those of you who are really living with the investor mindset, you get a pass that along to other people, and that is so valuable. And many of them, you'll never even know that they've received it, you never will even get that notification that they've received, the inspiration, the message, the lesson, whatever that might be for them. But every now and then you'll get that little pingback, you'll get that message that thank you that phone call that gift. And for each of those that come back, you know that hundreds, if not 1000s of other people were impacted by you. So I am grateful for each of you because I am empowered in this position, to be able to influence and impact each of you and your lives to be able to be that example of hey, we can go live a life with more freedom, flexibility, we can have more fun, we can spend time with our family, we can do work that we love. We can invest with people that we actually enjoy working with. And we can put lines in the sand like a no jerk policy like we have it Vaughn Finch, we have no problem turning away people who don't align with our values.

Because at the end of the day, that's what matters most. And so I invite all of you I know many of you have already taken on this and you're running with it. You're sharing the show and sharing other shows with people, you're dropping reviews, you're passing it along, you're doing all the things that help other people receive this message and other messages that are powerful. So what I invite each of you if you haven't stepped up is to ask yourself this question. How can I dedicate my life to helping inspire other people, helping people to live a better life whether that's a short Conversation, whether you're volunteering, whether you're going to go start your own show, or maybe go on a mission of your own to create something that is going to really impact others, find your way, and now is no better time than any than when we're in the Thanksgiving season, to come with some gratitude, but also to realize that having that gratitude is the first step. But giving it all away, is where you end up leading to receiving the absolute most in return.
